The FIA Women in Tech Fellowship is a 6-month program specifically designed to support and amplify women-led tech startups across Africa. We believe that closing the gender gap in African tech is both a moral imperative and a massive economic opportunity.

Fellows receive a comprehensive support package: a monthly stipend, dedicated technical mentors, access to our investor network, PR and media support, and an invitation to our annual summit. The program is tailored around the unique challenges women founders face—from fundraising bias to navigating male-dominated industries.
